This list sets out our minimum fees for a range of typical transactions. However, everybody's circumstances are different, and we find that no two cases are exactly the same. Our fees may vary in individual cases, depending on the work required, or on other factors, such as urgency, complexity, work outside normal office hours or in other locations, value of property involved etc. We will in all cases give you a written fee estimate in accordance with Section 68 of the Solicitors (Amendment) Act 1994.
