Frequently Asked Questions

Q:How can you help first time buyers of property?
A:We offer a fixed fee for First Time Buyers - Call us on 01-6243624 for latest rates. As outlays vary depending on the title to the property you are buying, we will give you a detailed estimate in advance, so that you’ll know exactly how much you’ll need.

Q:Can you guarantee the maximum legal fee charge for selling a property?
A:Not always, but we offer a fixed fee for most standard sales - Call us on 01-6243624 for latest rates. In addition to our fees there are also outlays. We will give you a detailed breakdown of these outlays in advance.

Q:With personal injury or accidents at work, what is the most important piece of advice you could give?
A:The most important thing you should do is to seek advice promptly – there is generally a period of two years from the date of the incident within which legal proceedings must be issued. Even if you believe you may be partly at fault you may be entitled to recover a proportion of the damages relevant to your injury.

Q:If one is already in mediation in a family breakdown situation, why would I need a Solicitor?
A:It is extremely important to have the advice of a Solicitor in relation to family law matters. At Paul Kelly & Co, we are committed to providing a sensitive and confidential service and our primary objective is to deal with family law matters as expeditiously and amicably as possible. Our preferred course of action is meaningful negotiation, leading to settlement. It is important, where possible, that both parties keep the lines of communication open between them, particularly where children are concerned.
