Qualified as a solicitor in 1993, Anne specialises in domestic conveyancing, and advises on all aspects of buying, selling and re-mortgaging property. Anne also acts for builders in the sale of new houses and apartments.
Anne is also responsible for the Probate department of the firm, and can advise on all aspects of the administration of estates for relatives and beneficiaries.
She obtained a Diploma in Property Tax from the Law Society of Ireland in 1998.

Appointment to the District Court
At its meeting yesterday the Government decided to nominate Mr. Paul Kelly for appointment by the President as a judge of the District Court.
The vacancy arises from the retirement in July last of Judge John Neilan.
The Government will take the necessary steps to formally advise President McAleese of the nomination in accordance with Constitutional procedures.

Following his appointment, Paul has retired from the Practice.
